Silver Jubilee Reunion: Class of 1976

Alumni Day 2001 was celebrated on December 23 this year and, as usual, the common sentiment was that "it was a lot of fun". Seventeen alumni were awarded the Distinguished Service Awards, of which eleven received their awards in person.C76_2

  • Lecture Theatre renamed as PC Saxena Auditorium

The Class of '76 celebrated their Silver Jubilee Reunion. Their program was an extended one - from the evening of December 22nd until lunchtime on December 25th. The events included Pagal Gymkhana, Trek, Quizzes, Antakshari, and of course, lots of grub ! The Director, Prof. Misra, hosted High Tea for them. Most of the alumni stayed in 'Vanvihar', the new 50-room guest house.
